I never planned on building an app.
I built AuDHD Companion because it was something I desperately needed myself.
Finding the missing piece
I was 43 when I got diagnosed AuDHD. Before that I had other labels that described real struggles, but never explained the whole picture. Burnout eventually forced me to stop pushing through and start understanding what my brain had been telling me.
Why I built AuDHD Companion
I wanted to understand when my energy crashed, what sensory load did across a day, how stress built before I noticed it and where my spoons went. The tools I found felt clinical, productivity-driven or built around streaks and gamification. So I built the support I had been looking for.
No gamification. No pressure.
AuDHD Companion is built around a simple idea: you know yourself better than an algorithm does. It is here to help you see your own patterns at your own pace, without judgement, streaks or noise.
AuDHD Companion provides self-reflection, organisation and general wellbeing tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
