AuDHD Burnout Pattern Check
A free, private and non-diagnostic pattern-recognition tool for noticing recent changes in capacity, sensory load and recovery compared with your own baseline.
Are you noticing a burnout pattern?
The AuDHD Burnout Pattern Check is a free, private and non-diagnostic self-reflection tool. It is designed to help you notice recent changes from your own baseline rather than tell you whether you have burnout.
What the pattern check looks at
- Energy and available daily capacity.
- Sensory load and tolerance for input.
- Executive capacity such as starting, switching and processing.
- Emotional regulation and overwhelm.
- Social capacity, masking and recovery after interaction.
- How restorative rest feels and whether push-crash cycles are appearing.
How the result works
The result highlights which areas showed the strongest changes in your answers. Percentages are not clinical severity scores. They only reflect how often higher-frequency answers were selected within each category.
Private by design
Your interactive answers are held only in the browser page while you complete the check. They are not submitted, saved to an AuDHD Companion account or used for advertising.
Use the result for pattern recognition
Look for clusters and repetition: which areas change together, what tends to happen in the days before capacity drops, and whether workload, sensory demand, social effort, masking or reduced recovery appear repeatedly.

Common questions
Is this a diagnostic burnout test?
No. It is a self-reflection and pattern-recognition tool and cannot diagnose any health condition.
Are my answers saved?
No. The interactive answers are held only in the page while you complete the check and are not submitted or stored by AuDHD Companion.
What should I do with the result?
Use it to notice which areas have changed most and explore relevant resources. Significant or persistent symptoms are worth discussing with a qualified health professional.
AuDHD Companion provides self-reflection, organisation and general wellbeing tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
