Is there an app made specifically for AuDHD?
AuDHD Companion is a neuroaffirming web app designed around the overlapping experiences of ADHD and autism. It combines gentle daily tracking with personal baselines and a living Pattern Map, without productivity scores, streaks or shame.
What can I track in AuDHD Companion?
You can record daily measures such as mood, energy, stress, sleep, sensory load, brain fog and other measures that matter to you. You can also track spoons, keep private journal context and save regulation strategies that help.
How can tracking help me understand my AuDHD patterns?
A single difficult day can be hard to explain. AuDHD Companion compares repeated check-ins with your own recent range, then cautiously highlights same-day and delayed associations, combinations, possible drains and protective factors. It supports reflection without claiming that one factor caused another.
Can I use AuDHD Companion if I am still exploring ADHD, autism or AuDHD?
Yes. A formal diagnosis is not required. The app can be used as a self-reflection and wellbeing tool by adults who are diagnosed, self-identified or still exploring their neurodivergent experiences.
What is Companion Engine?
Companion Engine explanations are optional and Premium-only. They help interpret patterns already identified from your check-ins. With separate consent, OpenAI receives a limited pattern-evidence summary, not full journals or full check-in history. Usual deterministic Insights still work without it. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.
Is AuDHD Companion private?
AuDHD Companion is designed around privacy. Personal wellbeing records are private to the account holder and are not used for behavioural advertising or profiling. We do not use behavioural advertising or tracking pixels.
Is AuDHD Companion a medical or diagnostic app?
No. AuDHD Companion is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool. It does not diagnose ADHD, autism, AuDHD or any health condition, and it does not provide medical advice or replace qualified care.
