Who is it for?

It is designed for neurodivergent adults and people who are still exploring whether ADHD, autism or AuDHD helps explain their experiences. A formal diagnosis is not required to use the service as a wellbeing and self-reflection tool.

Privacy and boundaries

Personal wellbeing records are private to the account holder. AuDHD Companion does not use third-party behavioural advertising, tracking pixels or profiling to follow activity inside the app.
