What is AuDHD Companion?
AuDHD Companion is a privacy-first, neuroaffirming web app and lived-experience resource for AuDHD, ADHD and autistic adults. It helps people record daily capacity, energy, overwhelm, sensory load, spoons and personal context so recurring patterns can become easier to notice over time.
Who is it for?
It is designed for neurodivergent adults and people who are still exploring whether ADHD, autism or AuDHD helps explain their experiences. A formal diagnosis is not required to use the service as a wellbeing and self-reflection tool.
What does it help people track?
- Daily capacity and energy
Record repeated measures and compare your own context over time.
- Spoons
Record what spends or restores capacity.
- Private journal context
Keep the details around difficult or important days.
- Free Companion Guide
Explore lived-experience guides about AuDHD, ADHD, autism, burnout and everyday wellbeing.
